How to make sabudana khichdi
Sabudana goes through a lot of processing in the factory, so to make sabudana khichdi, first of all, wash sabudana thoroughly with water once or twice. After cleaning the sabudana with water again add 1/4 cup of water and leave it for 2 hours.

After 2 hours the soap will swell well and all the grains will separate. Now fry the groundnuts in oil, for this keep the pan on gas and add one spoon of desi ghee in the pan, when the ghee is hot, add the groundnuts and fry on low flame until golden brown, keep in mind that the groundnuts are not raw. If it remains raw, the khichdi will not taste good.

When the groundnuts are roasted well, take them out in a plate and saute again with a spoonful of desi ghee and a spoonful of grated ginger, ginger and cumin until golden.

Now add potatoes, finely chopped green chillies, sugar, coarsely ground black pepper, lemon juice, mix all these things and saute for 1 minute. If you don’t like adding lemon and sugar to it then don’t add it, even if you make khichdi without it, it will be good.

After 1 minute, add the chopped tomatoes, do not over cook the tomatoes, cook them till they melt slightly. When the tomatoes are soft, add the soaked soap grains and a teaspoon of rock salt, spread the rock salt all over with your hands, sprinkling the rock salt in one place will make the soap grains stick.

After adding rock salt add chopped coriander to it and stir all these things well and cook till the color of sabudana changes.

When the color of sabudana changes a little, add fried peanuts and some coriander and mix well. So take your sabudana khichdi is ready, trust me this khichdi will be very good, you can eat it during fasting.
